Construction points
1. Treating surface: The clean is essential with hydrochloric acid of 15% to new and old bedrock. After drying, It must that we deal with the expansion joint with the sealing glue,and the PU prime must be rolled for 1-2 times. The time is 6-8h (25℃) for drying.
2. Buffer layer construction: the buffer layer needn’t dilution with thinner, when construction, it must that water of 0.32% is added. After full stiring, the material is constructed the thickness is 1mm.The drying time is 6-8h (25℃).
3. Enhancement layer construction: the enhancement layer needn’t dilution with thinner, when construction, it must that water of 0.32% is added too. After full stiring, the material is constructed the thickness is 1mm.The drying time is 6-8(25℃).
4. Face lacquer constructing: the material of face lacquer is duuble component. In the course of construction A and B must be mixed. After full stiring, It must be rolled for 1-2 times. The time is 4-6h(25℃) for drying.
5. Lineation: According to standard size , the lineation is used.
6. Evironment requirement : The high and low temperature and raiy weather should be avirded.
